We Can Lend a Hand

In order to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with you, we take inventory of the issues that concern you, thoroughly analyse them, and then confer with you to establish whether or not an interim manager is the best solution for your needs. It might be that you have a suitable individual and that all you need is a few days' consulting. We examine your company’s culture, management styles and other elements that might have a bearing on the assignment, and then agree on the tasks and authorities of the temporary manager, and make tangible agreements on the duration and expected achievements.

As soon as you have entrusted us with an assignment, we jointly prepare the introduction of the interim manager into your organization, to ease his or her acceptance by the staff. After the orientation phase, the interim manager develops an action plan. This plan describes how the assignment will be handled, what the critical success factors are and highlights potential risks. It will also contain a detailed timeline for all the different steps to be taken during the assignment. This action plan is reviewed with you, and forms the basis of the assignment’s execution upon your approval. During the execution, we will periodically discuss any additional needs with you.

Counselling and coaching

Depending on the nature of the assignment, we provide counselling and coaching for the interim manager throughout the mission. Potential points of attention are discussed systematically during progress meetings. Before the assignment ends, we ensure continuity, making sure that processes and procedures are described and transferred to permanent staff. Of course, we also remain available to you after the mission is accomplished.
